A11 / iOS 15–27
Indicative iOS 15–27 range. Compatibility depends on the specific A11 device and installed version; we will verify it.
XS, XS Max & 11 family
Indicative iOS 14–26.1 range for relevant models. We check the exact device and installed version before accepting a job.
iPhone 12–17 families
Including mini, Plus, Pro, Air and selected variants. Eligibility varies by model and installed iOS version.

On an accessible device, open Settings → General → About and read the software version. If locked out, use Finder on Mac or Apple Devices/iTunes on Windows where possible.

Important service limitations
Our proposed service may have important restrictions, including eSIM and Wi-Fi only and Apple Account sign-in through the App Store. These limitations mean that service is not necessarily equivalent to official Activation Lock removal, complete Apple Account recovery or full cellular functionality. We will explain the supported features before proceeding.
Our target turnaround is 25–45 minutes for eligible jobs, subject to assessment. Payment is due after the agreed service is completed. Results and turnaround are not guaranteed. We require proof of ownership or authorisation and do not promise to bypass Apple security protections.
