Remote support billing

Remote support is billed in 15-minute increments. The minimum billable time is 15 minutes. If an issue is resolved in 8 minutes, the minimum charge is 15 minutes. If support takes 23 minutes, 30 minutes is billed.

Time is rounded up to the next 15-minute increment, subject to the 15-minute minimum.

On-site work, hardware, travel and specialist installations are quoted separately where applicable.
